Perlane® Dermal Filler

What is Perlane®?

Perlane® is a dermal filler made of hyaluronic acid and restores volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds). Perlane® is administered through a series of injections.  The procedure is minimally invasive and topical anesthesia and/or injectable, local anesthesia may be used to decrease discomfort.  After treatment, some redness or swelling may last for up to 7 days.  The rejuvenating effects of Perlane® from our Carmel plastic surgery office typically last up to 6 months.
