What is Juvéderm Voluma® XC?

Juvéderm Voluma®XC injectable gel is a modified hyaluronic acid (HA), derived from a naturally occurring complex sugar and is the first FDA approved injectable gel to replace lost volume or increase volume in the cheek area. This filler helps create a more youthful appearance to the face and provides natural-looking and long-lasting results and has been proven to last up to two years with optimal treatment. 

Juvéderm Voluma®XC is administered at our Carmel practice located north of Indianapolis through a series of injections. The procedure is minimally invasive and topical anesthesia may be used to decrease discomfort. After treatment, some redness or swelling may last for up to 7 days.
