In addition to the rise in COVID-19 infections, we are moving into flu season. This presents added risk to our health. Your best defense against the flu is to get your flu shot. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends everyone 6 months and older get a flu shot with rare exceptions.
